My Story

Hi! My name is Liz Brannan, your local real estate professional! I am a proud member of The Dream Home Team of Exit Preferred Realty. We are the #1 Exit team in the entire Mid-Atlantic Region and #6 in the entire company! I am backed by a team that has a proven track record of having done over $100 million in sales with over 500 transactions since 2020.

Prior to real estate, my life has been fruitful and I am very thankful for that! I am a West Virginia University grad, former owner of a successful boutique, and was a top producer for a nationally known consumer lending company for 5 years running. Leveraging my experience in those areas, I am recognized for having outstanding client service, high-tech marketing techniques, and superior negotiating skills. As a full-time real estate professional, I specialize in helping people buy, sell and/or rent homes in the Harford, Cecil, and Baltimore County areas.

Being a lifelong resident of Harford County, I use my insider knowledge to help
clients navigate the real estate market (and communities) to buy, sell and/or rent a property that suits their needs. I believe strongly that it is my responsibility and duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but also to educate them through every step of the process so they can make informed decisions. When I’m not serving my clients, you will find me hanging out with my young son and family. We spend a lot of time taking care of our animals, playing sports, fishing, hiking, or just watching movies on Netflix. I like to engage with the community by supporting local businesses and helping them get the exposure they deserve. It is important to me to fill my life with positive experiences and happy people. I feel this creates good energy which I can pay forward and secure life-long relationships.
