The origins of the Dream Home Team date back to approximately 2011. It was then that our former Team Lead, Greg Vurganov, decided to start a group himself. The Vurganov Group was born at this time with just 1 or 2 agents and an administrative assistant. Over the years, the team grew organically through recruiting and word-of-mouth. Naturally, the team's production and market share increased as well. 

In 2019 Greg Vurganov and myself sat down towards "year-end" and had a simple business conversation about the future. Both Greg and myself had a 5-year plan that we needed to ensure aligned with each other. From that afternoon, the intention to birth the Dream Home Team was born. I spent countless weeks (and months for that matter) incrementally informing friends, family, and teammates about the transition from Greg Vurganov being the team lead of The Vurganov Group to the Dream Home Team being established, with me at the helm. 

The transition of power announcement was officially made in my backyard over cold beverages and delicious brisket! While this story requires me to say "I" here and there, I always need to stress that there was barely any "I", much more so, it was "we". Said friends, family, and team members helped with branding, naming, establishing processes, marketing and so much more to ensure the Dream Home Team not only got off the ground but continues to thrive to this day. 

We pride ourselves at the Dream Home Team in operating like a family and constantly looking out for each other. We sell real estate with integrity at every turn and an unrivaled hustle. We pride ourselves in our relationships with our clients and partners and strive to teach our agents how to generate business organically, through sweat equity and a "boots-on-the-ground" mentality. 

Present day, we technically have 22 licensed agents on the team, a Transaction Manager, Operations Manager, Team Manager, and Administrator. 2023 presents a year where I will focus immensely on individual agent production and continuing to build a brand that hopefully turns into a household name within the entire Baltimore Metropolitan Area.
