Jonathan Hoory - REALTOR

Jonathan Hoory is a passionate Realtor who brings over a decade of experience in real estate to bear as he helps clients navigate some of the largest financial decisions they will face. His background as an investor, paired with being the son of a local, respected structural engineer, gives Jonathan a unique, analytical approach to the home buying and selling process. As a listing agent he enjoys employing his successful marketing and strategies to maximize visibility and offers for his clients. For his clients buying a home or investment, Jonathan prides himself on his ability to evaluate the seller’s needs and negotiate strongly in favor of his home buyer. He is experienced in managing all levels of renovations, from light touch ups to complete rehabs for both home buyers and investors.

 

Jonathan loves forming relationships with his clients and strives to earn their trust through transparency, communication, and dedication to helping them achieve the results they deserve. He surrounds himself with connections that see the business as a cooperative industry rather than competitive. Jonathan currently serves on the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility Committee.

Jonathan resides in the Roland Park area with his son, Elias, and considers himself a Dad above all else. In his free time, Jonathan can be found spending time with his family. He also enjoys all the gifts nature offers by hiking, camping, kayaking. You may find he and Elias biking on one of the many trails in the Baltimore area.  In the quieter moments, Jon will cozy up in a hammock with a good book.
