Today's market requires an agent that goes way beyond the basics. So how would you know if I do that? Two ways:
1. Sales Performance - I'm the Top Producer in my office since 2007 with over $15 Million in sales last year. I'm in the top 3% of Harford County Realtors & have been awarded Top Sold Units within my Division.
2. References - As agents, we're only as good as our clients say we are. But I'll go even further than that. If you'd like, I'll be happy to provide clients that I'm actually working with right now. Either Buyers that I'm working with currently to find a home or Sellers that I have their home currently listed. I've never seen an agent offer this.
Real estate has changed. The way your home needs to be marketed has changed. You as the Buyer or Seller are much more aware & informed about what's going on in the market. Agents no longer are the only ones that have the information. Most agents don't like this. I LOVE IT!!! I want you to be informed. This way we work together to get you the very best deal for you & your family. Things must be done differently. So make sure you're working with an agent that does things differently too.
